Some fear is helpful, keeping us safe when we need it. Often times, fear can spiral out of control, becoming an epic drama about things that may not even happen. Unchecked fear can spread like wildfire, possibly taking over our lives. Thankfully, you have the choice to not be part of the mental drama. This meditation empowers you to train your mind to not get sucked into fear. You can be more grounded in the middle of panic. You can be more than your fear. It just takes practice.
